Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PeptideLeads services. By engaging our services or providing your contact information through our website, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Service Description

PeptideLeads is a patient acquisition agency operating exclusively in the peptide therapy vertical. Our services include paid advertising campaign management, lead capture, lead verification, and lead delivery to peptide therapy clinics across the United States. Each lead represents an individual who has expressed interest in peptide therapy treatments and submitted their contact information through one of our advertising channels.

2. Payment Terms

PeptideLeads operates on a pay-per-lead model. Clients are charged a flat $50 per qualified lead delivered. There are no upfront fees, setup costs, or retainer requirements.

Leads are invoiced upfront based on the package size selected at the time of engagement (50, 100, 200, or 500 leads). Payment is processed at peptideleads.com prior to campaign launch. We accept payment via credit card and ACH bank transfer.

Refunds are available for leads that do not meet the qualification criteria agreed to in writing prior to campaign launch. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of lead delivery.

4. Lead Disputes

If a client believes a delivered lead does not meet the quality standards outlined above, they must submit a dispute within 7 business days of lead delivery. Each dispute must include the lead in question and a specific reason. PeptideLeads will review the dispute and respond within 5 business days.

5. Geographic Exclusivity

PeptideLeads limits the number of clinic partnerships within a given geographic area to prevent direct overlap. Specific exclusivity terms are outlined in each client's individual service agreement.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

PeptideLeads operates SMS notification services across two distinct programs. By providing your phone number to PeptideLeads through any of the channels described below, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages under the applicable program.

Program 1 — PeptideLeads Consultation Notifications

This program sends SMS messages to clinic operators and decision-makers who book a consultation with PeptideLeads through our website at peptideleads.com or through our scheduling system at calendly.com/peptideleads. Messages include booking confirmations, 24-hour and 1-hour consultation reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-up communications. Internal operational notifications regarding booking activity are also delivered to PeptideLeads' verified business owner phone number.

Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per booking. Most bookings result in 2–3 messages.

Program 2 — PeptideLeads Patient Lead Alerts

This program sends SMS messages to sales team members at PeptideLeads' contracted clinic clients. Recipients are designated by their employer (the contracted clinic) during PeptideLeads client onboarding and consent in writing through their employer's service agreement to receive operational SMS notifications. Each message contains the first name, requested treatment category, ZIP code, phone number, and submission timestamp for new patient inquiries submitted through PeptideLeads-operated lead generation forms.

Message frequency: 1 to 30 SMS notifications per month per recipient under typical operating conditions. Higher volume possible during active campaign periods.

Common Terms Across Both Programs

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates apply to all SMS communications. PeptideLeads does not charge recipients for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you depending on your mobile plan.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from PeptideLeads. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further SMS will be sent under either program. You may opt back in at any time by submitting a new inquiry through our website or booking system, or by contacting your employer (for Program 2 recipients).

7. Limitation of Liability

PeptideLeads provides marketing and lead generation services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, appointment bookings, or revenue outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptideLeads shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to PeptideLeads during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time by providing written notice via email. There are no early termination fees, cancellation penalties, or long-term commitments. Upon termination, any outstanding invoices remain due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
