What pay per consult means
You pay for a consult booked on your calendar, not for a click, a lead or a month of agency time.
A lead is a name and a number your team still has to call, chase and book. A booked consult is a patient who already chose a time on your calendar. Pay per consult moves the work of reaching, screening, booking and confirming to us, and you pay only for the booking.
Offers sold as pay per appointment do not all count the same thing. Some charge per booked lead, some per patient who shows, and some per patient who pays. Per show and per patient offers count a different unit, so compare cost per booked consult.
Who pays the ads
Often the clinic pays the ads on top of the fee. With us, we pay them.
Many pay per appointment and pay per lead offers charge a fee for each booking and have the clinic fund the ad account as well, usually with a monthly or daily minimum. That makes the real cost per consult the fee plus the ad spend.
With PeptideLeads the ad spend is included in the $150. Our ads, our accounts, our money. There is no ad budget on your side.
What counts as a booked consult
A booked consult is a screened, self pay patient on your calendar within the next few days, confirmed by text.
- A real person who filled out our form themselves.
- Pays out of pocket (card, HSA or FSA).
- Lives in a state you serve.
- Passed a short health screen.
- Acknowledged your program's price.
- Booked on your calendar within the next 3 days.
- Confirmed by text.
- Booked for your clinic only, never shared or resold.
If a booking does not meet this definition, we replace it. Replaced at no charge:
- Wrong or disconnected number.
- Says they will use insurance.
- Outside your states.
- Duplicate within 90 days.
- Never confirmed the booking.
If a patient confirms and then misses the consult, it counts as delivered. We text them to rebook at no extra charge, and a rebooked consult is never billed twice.

Paid upfront by bank transfer, because we fund the ads before your first booking. Each consult lands on your calendar in real time, so you can count them yourself. Anything outside the definition is replaced. Anything undelivered at the end of the window is refunded by bank transfer within 5 business days. What if a booking does not meet the definition?
If a booking does not meet this definition, we replace it. Replaced at no charge: wrong or disconnected number, says they will use insurance, outside your states, duplicate within 90 days and never confirmed the booking. Anything undelivered at the end of the window is refunded.
