Questions clinics ask before they buy

Straight answers for telehealth clinics selling peptide or GLP 1 programs to self pay patients. Each answer starts with the short version.

What is a lead?

A lead is one person who filled out our patient form themselves and asked to be contacted about a program you sell. Before it is sent, they agreed to pay directly instead of through insurance, passed a short health screen, confirmed their state and agreed to calls and texts. Each lead goes to one clinic only.

How much does a lead cost?

Each lead costs $40, flat, at every volume. The price is the same in every package. There is no setup fee, no retainer and no monthly commitment.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum is $2,000, which buys the Starter package of 50 leads. Larger packages are 100, 200 and 500 leads at the same $40 a lead.

How does payment work?

Packages are paid upfront, before your leads start. Payment is processed at peptideleads.com prior to campaign launch, by credit card or ACH bank transfer. There is no contract and no ad budget on your side.

How are leads delivered?

Leads go by webhook to your CRM, by email, or to a Google Sheet. You can use any or all of them. Each record carries the patient's contact details and the consent record.

How fast do leads arrive?

Each lead arrives the second the patient submits. After you sign and pay, campaigns go live the next business day.

Which states do you cover?

You only get leads from the states you are licensed in and serve. We set your states on the first call, and a patient outside them counts as a bad lead. [CONFIRM: which states PeptideLeads can run campaigns in today]

What happens with a bad lead?

Flag it within 72 hours and it is replaced or refunded. A bad lead is a fake or disconnected number, a duplicate, wrong contact details, a patient outside your states, or a missing consent record. A real patient who doesn't pick up or doesn't buy is not refunded.

Are leads shared or exclusive?

Leads are exclusive. One patient, one clinic, one time. Never shared at the moment of delivery and never resold later as aged data, at any age, at any price.

What do we need on our side?

You need a calendar link, a CRM or inbox for delivery, and someone to call. Call each new lead within the hour. If leads are consistently not being worked, we may pause delivery until you are ready.

How does consent work?

Every patient agrees to calls and texts on our form before they submit. The consent text, timestamp and IP are logged. That consent record is delivered with the lead.
