• Clinic name and practice details (for B2B inquiries)
• Budget range and patient volume (for B2B consultation bookings)

We also collect standard website usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and time spent on site.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Service delivery: connecting prospective patients with the appropriate peptide therapy clinic in their area, or delivering consultation services to clinic operators
• Communication: responding to inquiries, confirming bookings, sending appointment reminders via email and SMS, and following up after consultations
• Platform improvement: analyzing aggregated usage data to optimize page performance, ad targeting, and user experience
• Compliance: meeting legal and regulatory obligations as applicable

3. SMS Communications and Phone Number Privacy

PeptideLeads operates two distinct SMS notification programs. Phone numbers collected through our channels are used exclusively for the purpose of the program to which the user has consented.

Program 1 — Consultation Notifications: Phone numbers collected through website forms at peptideleads.com or through the booking flow at calendly.com/peptideleads are used to send booking confirmations, consultation reminders, and scheduling updates to the individual who submitted the number.

Program 2 — Patient Lead Alerts: Phone numbers of sales team members at PeptideLeads' contracted clinic clients are collected during client onboarding through the clinic's service agreement with PeptideLeads. These numbers are used solely to send real-time patient inquiry alerts containing first name, treatment category, ZIP code, phone number, and timestamp.

We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes under either program. Phone numbers are not sold, rented, or distributed to data brokers, advertisers, or any external party.

For Program 1, SMS opt-in is collected through explicit consent at the point of phone number submission, either through a consent checkbox on website forms or through the Calendly booking confirmation process.

For Program 2, SMS opt-in is established through the clinic's service agreement with PeptideLeads during client onboarding, with the clinic confirming in writing that each designated recipient has consented to receive operational SMS notifications.

You may opt out of SMS communications under either program at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Phone numbers and SMS-related consent records are retained for the duration of the active relationship plus 12 months for compliance purposes, then permanently deleted.

4. Data Sharing

Lead information, including name, email, phone number, and treatment interest, is shared exclusively with the peptide therapy clinic that has purchased leads for the corresponding geographic area. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to unrelated third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.

We may share aggregated, non-identifiable data with service providers (such as analytics platforms) solely for the purpose of improving our marketing operations. These providers are contractually obligated to handle such data responsibly.

5. HIPAA Awareness

PeptideLeads is a digital marketing and lead generation agency. We are not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and we are not classified as a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

That said, we recognize that many of the individuals who submit inquiries through our platform are seeking medical treatment. We take patient privacy seriously. All inquiry data is handled with care and stored using appropriate security measures, including encrypted connections, access controls, and restricted data sharing limited to the specific clinic serving each inquirer's area.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and tracking technologies to measure performance and optimize marketing campaigns. These include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads conversion tags. You may disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain lead data for the duration of our active client relationship with the clinic assigned to that geographic area, plus an additional 12 months following the end of that relationship. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for the same period. After that period, records are permanently deleted from our systems unless retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data from our records (processed within 30 days)
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message
• Opt out of email marketing at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email
