SMS Messaging Program Terms

These terms govern the SMS notification services operated by PeptideLeads. PeptideLeads operates two distinct SMS programs, both of which are covered under these terms.

1. SMS Programs

PeptideLeads operates the following SMS notification programs:

Program 1 — PeptideLeads Consultation Notifications

Recipients: Clinic operators and decision-makers who book a consultation with PeptideLeads through peptideleads.com or calendly.com/peptideleads, and PeptideLeads' verified business owner phone number for internal operational alerts.

Message types: Booking confirmations, 24-hour and 1-hour consultation reminders, scheduling updates, cancellation confirmations, consultation follow-ups, and internal booking activity notifications.

Consent mechanism: Explicit consent checkbox on website forms or Calendly booking confirmation process. Internal alerts to PeptideLeads' business owner phone number are sent only to the account holder operating the service, who has provided ongoing consent.

Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per booking. Most bookings result in 2–3 messages.

Program 2 — PeptideLeads Patient Lead Alerts

Recipients: Sales team members at PeptideLeads' contracted clinic clients. Recipients are designated by their employer (the contracted clinic) during client onboarding.

Message types: Real-time SMS alerts containing patient first name, requested treatment category, ZIP code, phone number, and submission timestamp when a new patient inquiry is submitted through PeptideLeads-operated lead generation forms.

Consent mechanism: Written consent established through the contracted clinic's service agreement with PeptideLeads during client onboarding. Each designated recipient is confirmed in writing by the contracted clinic.

Message frequency: 1 to 30 SMS notifications per month per recipient under typical operating conditions. Higher volume possible during active campaign periods.

2. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply under both programs. PeptideLeads does not charge recipients for SMS messages. However, your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages depending on your mobile plan.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS messages from PeptideLeads under either program, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further SMS messages will be sent under either program.

Program 1 recipients may opt back in at any time by submitting a new booking through our website or scheduling system.

Program 2 recipients may opt back in by contacting their employer (the contracted clinic) to request re-enrollment, or by emailing hello@peptideleads.com.

4. Help Instructions

For help or questions about either SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive. You may also contact PeptideLeads support directly at hello@peptideleads.com.

5. Supported Carriers

Both SMS programs support all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Information collected through either SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers obtained through either program with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Support Contact

For all questions, concerns, or support requests related to either SMS program:

8. Changes to These Terms

PeptideLeads may update these SMS program terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active program recipients via SMS or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued participation in either program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
